This gorgeous ground floor room is fully ADA compliant, with views of the meadow and Cobbosee Lake. The Clearwater Suite features a queen-size bed, sitting area, TV, and private bathroom with accessible tub and shower. 

The Cobbossee Suite boasts one of the best lake views at Waters Run. This 258 square foot bedroom is also the largest room in the house, including a king-size bed, TV and sitting area.  The suite features a large private bathroom where guests can enjoy the huge, artisan-tile shower. With all the amenities available, this room is a retreat all on its own. 

The Pocasset Suite is a second-floor bedroom which features lovely lake views. This 167 square foot suite has a queen-size bed, TV, and private bathroom.

Like its namesake lake, this room is cozy and calm, the perfect place to rest and relax!

The Androscoggin Suite is one of the larger rooms at Waters Run Bed & Breakfast, featuring 3 windows with lake and meadow views. At 200 square feet, this bedroom has plenty of room to rest, cozy up with a book, or simply take in the lovely views.

The Annabessacook Suite is one of larger bedrooms, with the largest, and arguably most extraordinary, bathrooms. This 210 sq foot, light-filled bedroom has garden views, a king size bed, sitting area, electric fireplace, and TV. But you may not want to leave the Annabessacook private bathroom! It includes an artisan-tile shower and a separate large wooden soaking tub, which was made here in Maine. Two vessel sinks were custom built by local artisans. complimenting the modern farmhouse decor. 

The Maranacook Suite is the perfect blend of cozy and spacious. At 195 square feet, this bedroom features a queen-size bed, sitting area, TV and private bathroom. This bedroom has a unique farmhouse style, with some sloped ceilings in the corners and a sunken bathroom. In the Maranacook Suite, you will truly feel like you are in a restored 1800’s farmhouse! (Please note that there is a step down and low ceilings in the bathroom. Guests with mobility issues and very tall guests may be more comfortable in one of our other suites.)

The Minnehonk Suite is a cozy retreat that features a queen-size bed, TV and private bathroom with tub and shower. With garden views, this 152 square foot bedroom is the perfect place to snuggle up. Like the lake it is named for, Minnehonk is easy to love!

This unique suite stands out as our only independent, free-standing cabin at Waters Run.

The Mt. Katahdin offers privacy, while remaining close to all the amenities of the common spaces located in the main house. Hand-built by the talented Maine Cabin Masters, this cabin combines traditional Maine design, with comfort and luxury. The Mt. Katahdin features a king size bed, a full bath with tub and shower, and gorgeous views across the meadow. Walking paths connect the cabin with the rest of the property.

Just a short walk along the path will bring you to the main house for breakfast, and all of the common spaces.

This cabin is fully independent with private access, but shares a wall with the Old Speck Cabin next door.
