WATERS RUN BED & BREAKFAST is the passion project of Chase and Sarah Morrill, who purchased the property in 2025. As a lifelong central-Mainer and the leader of TV’s Maine Cabin Masters, Chase has always had an eye for great projects. When he introduced Sarah to the historic 1800s farmhouse, there was no turning back!
Together with their four kids, the Morrill family poured their hearts into restoring the property, blending its rich history with modern comforts.
